Returns and Exchange

Kindly note that all items are final sale and there is no return or exchange on International purchases.

For Domestic purchases, exchange is available post compliance with the following conditions :

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.
The products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged.
Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
All products that come in their own box, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
While returning by mail, please make sure to return the accessory item and its corresponding box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
While requesting for an exchange, please make sure to clearly state the reason for exchange along with proof.
A product can only be exchanged if the request is generated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Rara Avis reserves the right to reject any returned items that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
